Cleaning Supplies

Hey,

Not sure where this would fall so here it is:

I am just a guy who has a press and a drip machine at home. Not in a shop, but was wondering what you would recommend as far as cleaner or dishwashing soap. I have noticed that some soaps do leave an after taste. Obviously this can be the case if you don't rinse well, but even at that I have found problems. What would you all suggest?
