Caffeine Withdrawal

I'm glad you're feeling better and that you totally won't have to give up caffeine.

It's best if you talk to your doctor about your Vitamin D levels and how long it will take to get therm back to normal. It's something that you can't rush. So please don't take extra Vitamin D supplements to speed things along! It may take as long as 6 months for things to get where they're supposed to be. It's a slow and steady process.

Ask your doctor what's right for you. It's possible that the 10 minutes (or so) in the sunshine each day is all you need.

Drink good organic coffee and you will always feel amazing, I get mine from Global Organic coffee. You will feel the same with good organic tea. Get of dairy and you will feel even greater, go organic soy instead.
