Bottomless Portafilter - Instructions on how to make one

Well I guess I feel like I might have made mine with a little overkill involved then. I just stopped by the local Iron works and had one of their guys plasma torch the bottom off. Took about 15 seconds. Then we just walked over to a small drum type sander and cleaned up the bottom of all the sharp edges. Cost: $0.00 they felt I was the one being cheated if they charged for such a little job.
