Dick and Jane???
Are you making that those names up or are they their real names??
"Hi, I'm Dick. This is my wife, Jane. We own the Sherman Oaks Coffee Roaster".

To which, I said "Dick And Jane? Fun."

If I remember right, he smiled patiently.

When we decided it was time to buy a roaster, I called Dick out of the blue and asked his advice. He gave me some great tips. For example, be sure that the roaster is built with off the shelf parts. That way, when something breaks, it's easily replaced. Really nice guy.
 
Tierra Mia Coffee

I have tried Tierra Mia in 2010 when I was there . Tierra Mia's original location in South Gate brought so-called "third wave" coffee to the region when it opened in 2008. I like this. AT the end of this year, I will be in LA, I will try to taste it again,
