ambient temp and bean temp

This is the graphing I use on my electric hybrid design roaster. Typical high grown bean, lighter roast and for brewed profile. First crack starting about 395-400f bean temp.
yellow= ET environmental temp in roast chamber
red= BT bean temp.
green= BT RoR bean temp rate of rise/min. (use first 2 numbers of the scale 0-50/min)
tan= voltage going to heating element

FarmroastThanks for the information. I am using this graph to see what adjustments have to be done to keep somewhat consistant with the graph realizing that different origins command different adjustments.Thanks again for the post
