Greetings. I manage a small, independent coffee shop/art gallery/event space.
I'm looking to take our espresso to the next level. Also considering a K30 Vario or Eureka Zenith 65, but yeah, would love to invest in a K30 Twin and ditch the extra grinder.
The shop is located in Chicago, but you probably haven't heard of us...yet.
