WMF Bistro! refill beans problem

Hi all

I have problem with WMF Bistro 8400 coffee machine. After each coffee is displayed "refill beans". Whats wrong? It is software or hardware problem?

Wmf bistro and all other similar coffee machines work on grinder resistance principle. So try tightening up your grinder for start...
You should have your shots pour around 15-20 seconds
