Who Designs these Machines?!

Greetings all,

I'd like to get my hands on some designers of coffee machines!
Some companies obviously don't have time served engineers on there design team!
From boilers that leak water straight onto 240v fans, head extension sensors..(Crane Voce)
Mixing bowls that clog with milk/choc powder...(Zen)
I could go on. You'll never be without a job whilst most of the machines we work on have built in design faults, Arrrr!!!

I totally feel you! So many times when I thought how can it be design decisions happen to be so inconsistent? That's why I'm thinking about designing my own espresso machine in the future
