Whats WRONG with Ambex?

I want info for a possible purchase. They don't answer the phone, return calls or return emails. I don't think Tampa area got nailed this time by hurricane Jeanne, did it?

I hope this isn't indicative of the level of service.

Actually they did...my in-laws have been with out power for about 20 hours now....they live in north Tampa...

Just got an email from them...they still do not have power....have you heard from them?

Nah, but I'm gald you posted this. I will be ready to purchase in a week or two. They must really be hurting.
