What's in ceramic burrs?

What substances are people ingesting as their ceramic burrs wear away? I'm also wondering about what looks like a coating on steel burrs.

I just found a MSDS that says "Bioaccumulative Potential: There is no information available regarding ceramics."

I was curious how major brands of ground coffee are made. The $11,900 Mahlkonig DK 15 LS Industrial Coffee Grinder has "tool steel burrs...Grinding discs [130 mm] made from wear resistant steel provide fine grinding at a lower temperature."

The 700 FX SERIES COFFEE GRANULIZER uses coated corrugated rolls.
