[FONT="]Personally i relized that i don't like pretty dark roasts on my french press. I always thought that the problem was in my technique or the bean but after so many experiments i changed my mind. Other thing i've recently realized is that i don't care to much about more expensive beans in my moka pot. I pretty much enjoy all dark roasts there, even some stale grocery store ones. What are your recent coffee discoveries?[/FONT]
