What is YOUR favorite Coffee Equipment Brand?

Doing some research for my Café, I myself am a fan of Nuova Simonelli. Opinions away!

I agree anything from Nuova Simonelli is a good investment. Great equipment for the price. Another brand to check out is Astoria Perla.

Love the Nuova Simonelli Products and BUNN makes decent commercial coffee grinders for the price. For home use I prefer the De'Longhi and Breville products!

no offense singlecupcoffee but that wouldn't fly in a professional coffee shop. There are several options out there. I would suggest attending the SCAA show in Atlanta this year. All the manufactures will be there.

I've had my Coffee Gaggia espresso machine for over 8 years and never had a problem except descaling and cleaning. I can't get rid of it because it's been so relaible.
