I roast at home so my coffees are my favorites. I prefer African and South American regions. A few years ago we looked at how much money we were spending by getting coffee from cafes all the time (at least 2 drinks a day each for me and my wife) and decided it was way to much money, so we decided to do it all our selves. We bought an espresso machine and grinder and started roasting our own beans. The money we have spent on equipment has paid for itself in about a year.
