La Colombe was really good in NYC.

I heard about Starbucks reserve in Chicago and it says they are in NYC (where they actually fresh roast there coffee). I'm not a big Starbucks fan but I would love to check out one of these Starbucks Reserve shops.

In my opinion the above fall short in quality, but to each their own!

2¢: I highly suggest SEY coffee as a single roaster and Coffee Project as a multi!
