Hi All -
With Cirqua now out of business - what is the 'go-to' water system for coffee shop? It loos like the folks of Cirqua have started up new venture called Gobal Customized Water. Does anyone have experience with this 'new company'?
What system/brand do you use in your shop?
How many GPD do you use per day (or rating on you system).
