Wages for Roaster

Hi all. I am applying for a coffee roaster job and am wondering what is a reasonable wage to request. The job is basically machine operation as they employ a master roaster who selects the beans, sets the roast profile for each bean, and creates the blends. Any insight y'all can provide would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Depends on what your experience is also on work volume I would also say that location plays a factor.

It is hard labor. I know few people make some where around 45k a year in Michigan. They do work their butt off everyday around 6-10 hours a day depends on the day and some days he works on Saturday for the emergency.
