I believe that UNIC has or had some kind of agreement with Illy USA to distribute machines in North America, but I could be mistaken. You may want to start there.
Sorry, have to ask: if you don't know what it is, why did you buy it?
I know what it is, its just that I got it at a great deal, some cafe in New York went out of business, I purchased it from NY. I have done research on this machine, but came up with not much at all. Also its on 220 vlts. What is the best way of running this, can I get a converter?
