Trouble with my Keurig K-Duo: won't deliver selected volume (oz)

I emailed this issue to Keurig but got a meaningless, impersonal canned response directing me to FAQs and Troupleshooting Tips - none of which related to my issue.

In January 2021, I purchased the K-Duo coffee maker from Walmart for $99 + tax.
It has worked pretty well over the years but recently is failing; it’s not delivering the selected volume for a single cup. See attached table.

I have always used ultra pure RO-filtered water and keep the unit covered when not in use.

This is the second Keurig coffee maker I have purchased over the past 10 years, and both have failed in one way or another.

• Any idea as to why this problem?
• Has anyone else had this problem?
