Toshiba HCD-800 (or HCD-801) My Cafe manual needed - or help with grinding dial

I've recently acquired a Toshiba My Cafe Mill & Brew coffee maker (HCD-800). Unfortunately, it didn't come with a manual, and I haven't been able to find one on the internet. Does anyone out there have the manual that they could scan for me? The main thing I'm wondering about is the dial for grinding - there are 3 settings: 3, 2, and 1, and I'm not sure which is the best setting for grinding. Thanks for any help you can give.
