Right now manually bagging individually. Any cheaper bagging equipment out there? Just looking at a machine that weighs then dispenses into the bag. It doesn't need to grind as well --would be nice, but I know that dramatically increases the price

Okay thanks! I was looking for something under $3 grand. I may just have to wait to get a Logical Machine

I have been researching this myself lately and have just purchased a Prox Pack machine -- and I looked hard at the Logical Machines S4. It was a tough choice. The two are close in price. Logical's base S4 is something like $6,150. Prox Pack is slightly less but not enough less to base a buying decision on. Logical Machines offers faster delivery. And though I chose the Prox Pack, LM makes a good, and highly recommended machine. For us, in the end, it was down to two things - One is we go through a lot of very fine grind Turkish style coffee (much finer than espresso grind) and the Prox Pack looked to be better at handling that. Logical Machines suggested to us that for Turkish coffee their machine would work better if they added Teflon to their feed surfaces to make it work for us (not a big expense). If you're in the U.S. this probably won't be a factor in your decision. And two is that a regular contributor here, Topher, highly recommended the Prox Pack. In fact he has now added a second machine to his production. I'm sure if you reach out to him he could give you more details since he's using them every day and I've yet to receive mine. See the machine here - Welcome to the Frontpage.

Let us know which way you go. I'm sure some S4 users out there will chime in. And if your budget is $3,000 I guess you could look to China made.
