State of CT food safety?

hey guys just looking for some information on what i would need to do to my detached garage in order to be able to compliant with the state of CT for roasting in my garage. any information is greatly appreciated! :coffeemug:

You really need to talk to your zoning/building inspector. Business or hobby. Health dept always gets involved but you would probably be covered by the cottage law. State to state and town to town have different rules. Look under cottage law for CT.
