We loved this roaster, which we used for the first two years of our project, but eventually found ourselves needing to scale up. Currently set up for natural gas. Available to see by appointment in Baltimore.

We're including all the TempGuard triple-wall pipe with the roaster, including the tee and wall brackets–we have high ceilings so this is approximately 20' of pipe.

Yep, it is still available. It is not currently in use, but hasn't been moved or disconnected since it was.

IR-7 N. It's a weird quirk of Diedrich switching up conventions at some point. Super confusing, but it's definitely a 7lb roaster!
