For sale is our 2 year old Ambex 15k(red) with Roast Dynamics installed. Will come with Nordfab Duct work and touchscreen computer to control. $14850

Roaster has been meticulously maintained and works like a champ.

Roast Dynamics on roaster is great for repeatability and for controlling the roast. The software and hardware will control the burner to follow a profile you set or you can roast manually and record. It does not open the drop door or turn on the cooler or stirrer.

Will palletize and load on a truck/freight hauler you have organized.
