We had this roaster rebuilt 18 months ago. It is a solid workhorse. We added a new cooling bin, it can cool down a 65# batch in under 5 minutes. We also added Roast Dynamics Lite. After you drop the coffee the roaster will follow whatever profile you set so you can work on another task. This roaster can do 250# an hour all day long. Sale will include chaff collector, nordfab exhaust, touchscreen computer to control roaster, cooling tray.

The roaster is located in New Orleans and is ready to go to a new home.

I thought it was interesting that you wrote that the sale of your roaster included up to an hour of your time on the phone to assist in setup.

Why only an hour?? Will a bell go off and disconnect the call when the hour is up?

Anyway......please post a message here when your roaster is sold. That way people won't keep asking about it, and we can close this thread.
