Hi Forums,

Is anyone using any type of Social Media Mangement software/platform... I've been looking at a few lately (Hootsuite, Agorapulse, etc). Can you share any success stories or challenges?

I'll check with my brother-in-law. He is a software engineer for Disney and handles their website, disneystore(dot)com. He may not need to use a third party program, but he probably is familiar with what's out there, and knowledgeable about who the front runners are.

BIL says Hootsuite is too small for them, they use Adobe Social, since they already have a multimillion dollar contract with them for analytics...

I think the important question is, what would you like such a system to do for you? What's your social media goal?

Well - any of these platforms are designed to assist in the mechanics of posting to you social media. I went with Hootsuite and I'm very happy with the product.
