No problem, they've got a used Probat 3barrel for less than 1/2 that price.
It looks like it's natural gas but comes with a LP conversion kit.

For the record; I'm in no way affiliated with Coffee Tec either profesionally or personally, though I do know others that have used those guys and have been happy.

Fired Up, what type of production roaster are you using?

Coffee tec....good people...I bought my flavor mixers from them..and going to have to buy some more..
