Saeco Intelia Deluxe Coffee Not Grinding Enough Beans

Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum.

Recently I've been noticing that my automatic espresso machine is grinding less coffee. After the brew the coffee grinds come out mushy, seems like less beans are being grinded. If I use pre-ground coffee with the scoop it comes out in proper pucks.

Currently what I've done is cleaned the grinder shoot, swapped the grinder burrs with new ones. So I'm not certain what I need to look at next, either replacing the motor or the grind sensor. Any one have any experience with this?

Wonder if he switched to a dark roast? Don't some of them have a lot of oil which can cause this?
