Just purchased Saeco Incanto Sirius - during setup received \"Brew Unit Blocked\" error message. Customer service says that this brand new machine has a sensor problem that could have happened during shipping.
:shock: Machine will be replaced with another new machine.
Tried removing the brew group and re-installing but cannot get past this error message. Did anyone else have this problem? How did it get resolved? Know anything about this? Could it be related to the feature that the machine has with ''self priming''? Thank you for your help!
