Hi everyone.
I'm new to the forum and looking for some tips on roasting Papua New Guinea. Specifically I'm looking to see what is the best roast for those beans (light, medium, or dark).
Thanks!

some more info about PNG.
some people believes that it is like Sumatras, but it is more like between Guatemalan (Antigua coffee, not Huehuetenango) and Island coffees (Kona or JBM) because it has mild & refined fruity flavors with rather low acidity, it should be the best at lighter roasts to fully taste the great fruity flavor that only PNG can give out.

Also, I have heard that it is very good for dark roasts since it does not become ashy, instead stay to "sweet side".

Thanks so much. That's the direction I am heading toward which is reassuring. Ill let you know the outcome.
