All Roasters use a cast iron base for both the Cooler and the Roaster Body even the fan housings are cast iron, which will outlast sheet metal many times over. Roure uses a Perforated Drum using a Power burner to allow constant and even bean temperature even the Drum support arms are built from heavy cast iron. Machine also uses heavy duty gear drives and Lafert High performance motors. natural gas or propane. 10% Discount.
