Repair advice SAECO Royal Prof No hot air from wand... Gasket issue?

I have a gently used 2007 Saeco Royal Professional. Bought a year ago, and was lightly used (under 250 times, as per counter). The grind and brew side works fine, but now when I try to steam milk, all I get is some sputters of water from the wand and I hear the pump... I'm wondering of this is a Gasket issue... but here to see if anyone has any first had experience. I am handy, but not opposed to havign it properly serviced. I am in San Francsico, CA.
