Removing Coffee Packages from Oswald Ventura Machine

I recently began using an Oswald Ventura single-use coffee capsule machine. The inside is packed full of the coffee packages (they look like restaurant creamer packages, but are filled with coffee instead of cream). I am not able to figure out how to get them out, and do not have an instruction manual.

Can anybody help?
