I'm excited to share that I'll be trying Red Light Therapy for the first time next week to aid in my recovery journey. I've heard some promising things about its potential benefits for muscle recovery and overall well-being.
I'm wondering if any of you have experience with Red Light Therapy and whether combining it with coffee has any positive or negative effects on recovery. I've heard caffeine can enhance blood flow, but I'm not sure if it complements or counteracts the therapy's effects.
