QuickMill QM67 not building pressure.

My Quickmill 67 is not building any pressure on the brew side. Typically after moving the lever up and down like 4-5 times it'll start building pressure. I recently changed the pump and it worked fine for a couple of weeks, but now I'm back to where I was. It seems when the machine is cold I have less trouble. Also backflushing works fine when cold.

Any idea what's going on?

I have a Quickmill Andreja Profiles. The original gear pump had some quality problems and was recalled. The new one works much better. I don't know if yours is in the same situation. If no leaking anywhere and no pressure when you hear the pump running, then it must be the pump problem.
