I have a serious question that I need to ask? Do I have to time my brewing when I do and second how much is enough water on the initial pour for the bloom because I think I’m not doing it correctly.

it helps to time your pour over.
there are hundreds of youtube instructions, so it is rather easy to get the information.
after few practices, then, you can vary the time of your coffee taste liking.

again, it is all about "your own happiness and your own taste". because you will be the one drinking it.
so, vary the coffee volume, change the pour over time...etc.

good luck to you.

All I know is slowly pour the water and that’s it’s and watch it!

well... if that is the way you prefer to prepare and drink it.
let it be.

but in order to extract the flavors in entirety, you need to follow few steps.
how to pour, how long you should wait and so forth...

Yes sir I just need to perfect that

Timing is important. For V60 2;30 - 3;30 minutes. Mess with that range.

Bloom should be 2x the gram of coffee and you should let it bloom for 30-45 seconds :)

I use a kalita wave and I will do that tomorrow and now that I know that I definitely don’t add enough water sometimes to the initial pour for the bloom!
