I just bought a Technivorm coffeemaker. The first six cups were absolutely perfect. On the seventh cup, my coffee mug was only half full. I turned the unit upside down & poured out another four ounces of water that was left in the tank. Now, whenever I brew coffee, there is always four ounces of water left at the bottom of the tank.
I tested the unit several times with only water & it always leaves four ounces of water in the bottom of the tank. Is this normal?
