Hey, I have taken delivery of an Ozturk 15kg roaster, the OKS15, but I am having a hard time getting information about or the parts for a propane conversion. From what I have seen so far, it is just a matter of swapping out the nozzles on the burners that are currently set up for natural gas. I have not had any luck with contacting the manufacturer in Turkey, does anyone have any suggestion or ideas about getting the right parts for the conversion?
