Problem with Gaggia machine

Hi, I have a Gaggia Espresso Pure machine. Right after the two year warranty expired it started to do this weird stuttering thing. The first time it happened it was very short lived and went back to normal, but now it happens a lot and I haven't been using it for fear of damaging it. Please see the video below.

Any ideas as to what part is broken?

Hi groncho,

I think that's kinda serious. You got to send back to the manufacturer to have it checked immediately. It must be an internal part that is loose somewhere and needs some fixing.

I'm posting there thanks.

I purchased it from whole latte love and they said it might be a loose connection, I opened it up but nothing was obvious. I think the yahoo group will be better able to help me.

My first thought was a loose connection. Seems to run better when dispensing hot water.

I've watched WLL videos and honestly don't think they know alot about what they sell. Their videos seem so scripted and far from genuine.

The guys/gals at GaggiaGroup eat, sleep and breathe those machines and surely they can diagnose the problem/recommend a quick fix.
