- Added gas pressure gauge
- Unit is setup for natural gas operation (min 4-5”WC required, includes a regulator if your supply is 2psi)
- All burners cleaned, orifices re-sized
- Includes $5000 in stainless stack for up to 20ft roof height.
- Includes roof thimble and insulated stack section for roof passage
- It will roast 20-22lb however sweet spot is 16lb if you want award winning batches
- Includes crating (shipping costs additional). FOB my dock. Stack is crated separately
