Doing it differently is our favorite challenge. In the Twin Cities metro area, we deliver by bike year-round and our suburban accounts get their coffee from a big, bright biodiesel van. Another way we’ve changed our supply chain is by co-founding Cooperative Coffees, a coop of roasters formed to import 100% Fair Trade coffee direct from the farmer coops that grow it.
