open Turkish coffee shop in Hanoi Vietnam

I would like to open the first Turkish cafe' in Hanoi Vietnam. Moment, there is not any coffee shop of Turkish style in Vietnam. And I am going to co-oparate with who is specialist and want to go to Hanoi to enjoy that field with me.
