Wow,that sounds so cool, having your own coffee company is awesome! And I think maybe, just maybe, you know Shanghai better than me. Every time I go to Shanghai is for business. I don't really got time to try the local food and drinks there. And I think next time you could come to Changsha,if you like spicy food,Changsha will be more than surprise.

ha ha ha, nope. I have been going to china (two to 3 times a year) since Bill Clinton was president.
I have an electronic audio factory in ZhongShan city (about one hour drive south from Guangzhou city).
Also I have a coffee exporting company in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.

I am thinking of taking a bullet train from Guangzhou to Shanghai, but on the way, I am planning to stop by few major and historical cities and take some tours.
I believe that Changsha is the capital of Hunan province with over 3000 years of cultural and historical city.
I have never been there. Can you tell us something about the city?
Before I arrive to Shanghai, I will be taking a week of train tour, stopping by at Nanjing, Hangzhou and Suzhou. then, Shanghai.
perhaps, I can also go to Changsha on the way up.
what do you think?
