I have the DeLonghi Citiz Nespresso machine and truthfully neglected to descale it. It built up alot of coffee residue. I think I got it cleaned after alot of cleaning. I had to use an air can up the nozzle. I noticed a video where someone took it apart and I noticed the diffuser and nozzle area looked rough. Now I am having second thoughts on Nespresso capsules!! Are there models where that area can be easily disassembled? Taking apart the Citiz would be a chore to say the least!!!! Or maybe I should make it on the stove? I work from home so looking for a clean and quick solution!!!!

It sounds like you've been working hard to clean your DeLonghi Citiz! Descaling and cleaning is definitely key to keeping things running smoothly. If you're considering alternatives, there are machines with easier-to-disassemble parts, but a great solution for quick and clean brewing could be a well-designed espresso maker. For something that's low-maintenance and gives you that great coffee experience, you might want to check out cerinicoffee.com for options that might be a better fit for your daily routine. They offer a range of machines that are simple to clean and maintain, perfect for someone working from home!
