Sorry to start two threads today, especially as a new member, but I am an MBA candidate at UCLA Anderson and am researching the coffee industry. Does anyone have any good data regarding coffee trends? Specifically, segmentation of the cold brew coffee market (i.e. which age/gender/geographic/income level/education level groups drink how much cold brew coffee) and how they like to drink their coffee (e.g. black, with a splash of cream, with cream and sugar) as well as info on drinking trends (nitro cold brew, butter coffee, mushroom-infused coffee). Can anyone help? Thanks!
