Hello, I am a small volume roaster who previously supplied a farmers market and our own cafe in NC. After moving to Pa, I now want to get back into the business. We are looking for a mobile coffee cart to get started with. Our search has located a unit with a Franke FM850 superautomatic espresso machine. Is anybody familiar with this machine? Are they reliable? Do they retain their programming when unplugged for transport? Are they serviceable by the lay person? Do they retain their resale value? Any help would be greatly appreciated as we venture out again chasing our dreams!
