Myanmar coffee

Having returned from the roasters guild retreat, there was lots on gender equality, lgbt rights, empowerment etc. Right next to it, there was coffee from Myanmar served all over the place. Now, I may not be very smart, but isn't Myanmar under UN sanction ? Aren't they the same nation that is in the middle of a genocide ? Aren't the producers of agriculture done so under forced conditions ?

Can someone explain to me why we/they are buying coffee from Myanmar again ?
Is it not a blaring hypocrisy ? or is it talk the talk but if it costs us a nickel we don't have to walk the walk ?

The UN Human Rights Council’s Report published August 27, 2018 presented the strongest evidence of genocide and represents a necessary but possibly incomplete and insufficient step toward resolving the humanitarian crisis in Myanmar. As expected, journalists and NGOs have seized upon the report to further push for greater measures of humanitarian relief and demand governments to apply pressure upon the quasi-democratic regime in Myanmar.
