My K-cup for Keurig single cup brewers

Anyone that has a Keurig and used the my k-cup filter:

what are your experiences with this? So far I have read that you should use fine grind coffee for it. How much coffee do you put in to get a nice regular cup? How do you avoid grounds in the coffee?
