Mobile Espresso Truck

Hi,
I am wanting to start my own mobile espresso. I just bought a used 1994 Diesel Chevy 350 1 ton box truck. It is in great shape and is a retired military truck with the side door entrance and back double doors. The headroom inside is about 74". Is this the way to go with this and have it converted? My boyfriend wants to do the work on it and make it into a espresso business for me. Would it be better to get something that someone is already selling? that is fully equipped? I still have to learn the business as well- making espresso. Need info on training as well. PLEASE advise. Thanks Laurie in Issaquah WA

You can Google mobile espresso vehicles. vans, etc. and find one or two more companies. I will be purchasing a vehicle from the above company when i return from Iraq. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I think I saw this on EBAY already. $99k seem awfully steep. I have contacted Seattle Coffee Trucks and Coffee Guy of Idaho and The Coffee lab out of Montana.
