Good morning to everyone in the forum. This is my first post in this forum and I hope to contribute and collaborate at some point as well.
Well, I have a problem with my Bobcat 300. I bought one of these miners on eBay, but it is locked. The seller informed me, but I thought it was something simple. I installed the app with the light blue logo, and the scanner didn't detect my miner. So, I decided to install the wallet app with the black logo, and it did detect it, but it seems to be linked to the previous owner's account. Now, every time I try to scan and change the hotspot, it says I cannot onboard, and the image attached to this post appears. Do you think there is any way for the miner to detect my hotspot with my information so I can mine and solve this problem? I would be very grateful for your help.
