something that already most of coffee guys knows, but as Kudzu said "comments" are more fun!
to me, it is not the size of ground, but roasting level is more important for extracting flavors. Yes, I know ground size is also crucial, but personally, roasting profile is MORE important.

If the coffee isn't roasted right, it's downhill from there.
